Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information — such as your cookie preferences — across visits or during a single browsing session. Cookies cannot run programmes or carry viruses; they are simply a quiet record of how you have engaged with a page.
Similar technologies — such as local storage and session storage — work in comparable ways. This policy covers all of these together when it refers to "cookies".
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies in a modest and considered way. Our purpose is to keep the site working properly and, where you agree, to understand how visitors move through it so we can improve the experience over time. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, track you across other websites, or share your data with marketing networks.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function. Without them, services you have asked for — such as remembering your cookie choices — cannot be provided. They do not require your consent under Thai law and are always active.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookieConsent | Stores your cookie preference (accepted or declined) so the consent notice does not appear on every visit. | 12 months | |
| PHPSESSID | A standard PHP session identifier that helps the server manage your current browsing session. It contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser. | Session |
3.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long a visitor stays, and whether any errors occur. The information is collected in aggregate form and does not identify you personally. We only activate these if you choose to accept them.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics identifier used to distinguish unique visitors. Data is aggregated and anonymised before we review it. | 2 years | |
| _ga_* | Retains the session state for a Google Analytics session. | 2 years | |
| _gid | Distinguishes users across visits within a 24-hour window. | 24 hours |
We do not currently use any other third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
4. Third-Party Content
Our website includes an embedded Google Maps section to help you locate our workshop. When this map loads, Google may set its own cookies on your device under Google's privacy and cookie policies, which are separate from ours. We have no control over those cookies and recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy if you would like to know more.
We do not embed social media feeds, video players from third-party platforms, or advertising content.
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You are welcome to review and adjust your cookie choices below at any time. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are essential to the site's operation. Analytics cookies are optional and will only be activated with your agreement.

You may also clear all cookies through your browser's settings. The steps vary by browser; most have a "Privacy" or "History" section where cookies can be removed. If you clear cookies, the site will not remember your preferences and the consent notice will appear again on your next visit.
6. Browser-Level Controls
Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified before a cookie is placed. The help section of your browser will guide you through these settings. Be aware that refusing certain cookies may affect how some features of this site work.
Guides for common browsers:
7. How Long Cookies Are Kept
Session cookies expire automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until their expiry date or until you remove them through your browser. The durations for each cookie we use are listed in the tables in Section 3 above.
8. Legal Basis Under Thai Law
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) and the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001) inform our approach to cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a functional website. Optional analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the preference panel above or by contacting us directly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or legal requirements change. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Significant changes will be noted on the site; we encourage you to return here occasionally if this is something you would like to follow.
